Shipping policy

SHIPPING
At this time, (Physical) Swiss Typefaces will be shipping in the Switzerland and to countries within the European Union (EU), as well as the following: Norway, Switzerland, Finland, Iceland, Ukraine and Turkey. We also ship Worldwide including but not limited to United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Korea.
If your country does not show up as a shipping option, please contact physical@swisstypefaces.com. 

All orders are shipped with tracking information and based on weight and type of item. All prices and charges on the Site are in Swiss Francs (CHF). Delivery charges may apply and these will be clearly displayed during the order process.

Shipping time depends on your location. Completed and fulfilled CH orders will be delivered between 4-7 working days, central Europe between 7-10 business days and all over other countries please allow up to 10-14 business days. Note these transit times are estimates and may vary.

TRACKING
Customers receive a tracking email once their order ships. If they do not receive it, they can always access tracking through their order page. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor their tracking information and take any necessary steps to ensure delivery.

CUSTOM DUTIES AND EXPORT VAT
VAT will be applied in accordance with the country/state applicable taxes to the total of your order at the checkout stage. Please note that for certain countries, you will be liable to pay the country’s VAT as well as any relevant import duties. (Physical) Swiss Typefaces assumes no responsibility in those packages held in customs if those charges are not settled by the customer.
 
DELIVERY FAILS & RETURNED SHIPMENTS
The customer is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of their package. If a package is returned to us because the recipient was unavailable for delivery or failed to pick it up from the designated location on time, the following policy will apply:

1. Once we receive the returned package, we will inspect its condition and notify the customer via email. Customers must respond within 10 days of notification. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, the order may be canceled without a refund.

2. Customer will be presented 2 options: 

A. Reship the package – The customer can request reshipment, but they will be responsible for the shipping cost of the second attempt. The reshipping fee will be based on the original shipping method and destination.
B. Refund (if applicable) – If the item is eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund for the product cost only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

We will proceed with the customer's chosen option as promptly as possible.
